Manage a Plan

From time to time you may wish to manage your plan and the configured features and properties, either by editing the plan, or removing the plan or properties completely.

To do so, start by navigating to the Plans section, found in the left-hand navigation menu.

Here you will find a list of your existing plans. The list view will include columns for name & description, slug, brands, and any available actions.

Editing a Plan

To edit a plan, locate it in your plan list, then click the 'Edit' icon in the actions column.

This will bring up the same screen you used to configure your plan. This screen has three tabs: Configure Features, Plan Assignments, and Manage.

Configure Features

The Configure Features tab allows you to view which feature properties are set for your customers by this plan.

To edit the properties, click 'Configure Features'.

Removing Features From a Plan

If you wish to remove a feature and its relevant feature properties from a plan, click the 'Configure Features' button whilst in the Configure Features tab.

On the left-hand side you will see a list of all available features and their properties. Anything already assigned to the plan is denoted by an active check box.

To remove a feature or feature property from the plan, simply uncheck the check box, then click 'Update Plan'.

Plan Assignments

This tab allows you to manage when the plan is assigned to users, bots, and crawlers.

You have the option to assign the plan to anonymous sessions, authenticated users, verified search crawlers, AI bots and agents, and specific Stripe products.

Once done, click 'Update'.

Manage

This tab allows you to edit the name, slug, and description of your plan, as well as the linked brands.

Once done, click 'Update'.

Deleting a Plan

To delete a plan, locate it in your plan list, then click the 'Delete' icon in the actions column.

You will be prompted to confirm you wish to remove the plan. This action cannot be undone.

To continue, click 'Delete'. Otherwise, click 'Cancel'.

Please note: Adding, editing, or deleting plans will initially take place only in your Preview environment. To push changes to Live you will need to create a new version and publish that version to your Live environment. For more information, see our Environments guide.
