Manage a Redemption Method

To manage your redemption methods, navigate to the Offers section in the left-hand navigation menu, then click the 'Redemption Methods' tab.

Here you will find a list of your existing redemption methods. The list shows the name and description, when each method was last updated and by whom, and a menu (three dots) for actions.

Editing a Redemption Method

To edit a redemption method, click its name in the list.

This opens the redemption method edit screen, which has two tabs: Workflow and Manage.

Workflow

The Workflow tab allows you to update the workflow for this redemption method. Toggle the switch to enable or disable the workflow, or click 'Edit Workflow' to modify the workflow logic.

Manage

The Manage tab allows you to update the name and description of your redemption method.

Once done, click 'Update'.

Deleting a Redemption Method

To delete a redemption method, locate it in the list and click the menu (three dots) in the actions column, then select 'Delete'.

You will be prompted to confirm you wish to remove the redemption method. This action cannot be undone.

To continue, click 'Delete'. Otherwise, click 'Cancel'.
