Manage an Offer

From time to time you may wish to manage your offer and its configured redemption methods, presentation details, or filter options, either by editing the offer or removing the offer completely.

To do so, start by navigating to the Offers section, found in the left-hand navigation menu.

Here you will find a list of your existing offers. The list view will include columns for name & description, brands, and any available actions.

Editing an Offer

To edit an offer, locate it in your offer list, then click the 'Edit' icon in the actions column.

This will bring up the same screen you used to configure your offer. This screen has four tabs: Manage, Redeem Method, Presentation, and Filter Options.

Manage

This tab allows you to edit the name and description of your offer, as well as the linked brands.

Once done, click 'Update'.

Redeem Method

The Redeem Method tab allows you to update how users will redeem this offer. You can switch between Stripe Checkout, Stripe Subscription, or Custom Instructions, and modify the configuration for your selected method.

For more information, see our Configure Redemption Methods guide.

Presentation

The Presentation tab allows you to update how the offer appears to users across different presentation schemas.

For more information, see our Configure Presentation guide.

Filter Options

The Filter Options tab allows you to update when and to whom your offer is available based on time, user type, plans, and location.

For more information, see our Configure Filter Options guide.

Deleting an Offer

To delete an offer, locate it in your offer list and click the 'Edit' icon in the actions column to open the offer.

Navigate to the 'Manage' tab, then click the kebab menu (three dots) in the top-right corner and select 'Delete'.

You will be prompted to confirm you wish to remove the offer. This action cannot be undone.

To continue, click 'Delete'. Otherwise, click 'Cancel'.

Please note: Adding, editing, or deleting offers will initially take place only in your Preview environment. To push changes to Live you will need to create a new version and publish that version to your Live environment. For more information, see our Environments guide.
