Manage a Schema

Editing a Schema

To edit a schema, navigate to the Schemas section from the left-hand navigation menu and click the relevant schema in the list. This will open the schema editor, which is broken into two tabs: Schema and Manage.

Schema

The Schema tab is where you can update the fields and structure of your schema. Once you have made the appropriate changes, click 'Save'.

Manage

The Manage tab allows you to update the name and description of your schema. Once done, click 'Update'.

Deleting a Schema

To delete a schema, navigate to the Schemas section from the left-hand navigation menu. Locate the schema in the list and click the three-dot menu in the Actions column, then click 'Delete'.

Alternatively, click into the schema, navigate to the Manage tab, and click 'Delete'.

You will be prompted to confirm you wish to delete the schema. This will permanently remove the schema from your organization. Any experiences or offers relying on this schema may stop working. To continue, click 'Delete'. Otherwise, click 'Cancel'.
