Manage an Offer Group

From time to time you may wish to manage your offer group and its configured slots, offers, or presentation details, either by editing the offer group or removing the offer group completely.

To do so, start by navigating to the Offer Groups section, found in the left-hand navigation menu.

Here you will find a list of your existing offer groups. The list view will include columns for name & description, presentation schema, last updated date, linked brands, and any available actions.

Editing an Offer Group

To edit an offer group, locate it in your offer group list, then click the 'Edit' icon in the actions column.

This will bring up the same screen you used to configure your offer group. This screen has three tabs: Manage, Offers, and Presentation.

Manage

This tab allows you to edit the name, slug, and description of your offer group, as well as the linked brands.

Please note: You cannot change the presentation schema once it has been set.

Once done, click 'Update'.

Offers

The Offers tab allows you to manage slots and the offers assigned to each slot.

Managing Slots

You can add new slots by clicking 'Add Slot', rearrange existing slots by dragging and dropping them, or rename slots by clicking the cog icon.

Managing Offers in Slots

To add offers to a slot, click the 'Add Offer' button. A sheet will open with all your available offers for selection.

To adjust offer priority within a slot, drag and drop offers into your preferred order. Remember that the system will evaluate each offer's filter options and display the highest-priority eligible offer for that slot.

To remove an offer from a slot, locate the offer and click the remove icon.

Once you've made your changes, click 'Update'.

Presentation

The Presentation tab allows you to update the content for the offer group container.

Deleting an Offer Group

To delete an offer group, locate it in your offer group list, then click the 'Delete' icon in the actions column.

You will be prompted to confirm you wish to remove the offer group. This action cannot be undone.

To continue, click 'Delete'. Otherwise, click 'Cancel'.

Please note: Adding, editing, or deleting offer groups will initially take place only in your Preview environment. To push changes to Live you will need to create a new version and publish that version to your Live environment. For more information, see our Environments guide.
