Improvements and fixes

• PlatformEnvironments with large configurations no longer fail to publish with a size error.
• ConsoleEntity detail pages now show read-only states and clearer permission messaging for users without edit access.
• ConsoleTask workflow tabs are hidden when there are no tasks to show.
• APIUnverified Cloudflare bot detection IDs are no longer trusted when the request's bot score indicates automated traffic, so bot tags are applied more consistently.
